Scott Roberts, a graduate of the University of Florida, is a licensed property & casualty and life, health, and variable annuity agent. He began his insurance career in 1984 and later purchased the agency from his father in 1993. Scott believes in investing in his community and plays an active role in many clubs and boards. He is a member of Rotary, Kiwanis, Bradford ARC, the Bradford County Education Foundation, Lake Butler Rotary, Keystone Heights Kiwanis, and Bradford Masonic Lodge and is also a member of the Shands at Starke Hospital Board. Scott's goal as the owner/agent here at George Roberts Insurance is to always make the agency better; he strives to always focus on filling the needs of our clients.

Gail Workman, originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a licensed property, health, life, and casualty insurance agent who has been with Roberts Insurance since 2009 and has twenty-five years of experience in the insurance industry. Gail believes that it is the people that make the difference; she strives to stay focused on the customer and provide the right coverage for the right client. When she is not working, Gail enjoys a good book or movie and is active in her church.

DarbyAnn Roberts, the daughter of agency owner C. Scott Roberts, graduated from the University of North Florida in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in management. DarbyAnn started her insurance career in our Keystone Heights office location in 2015; she has since transferred and is now the manager at our Middleburg location. In her free time, DarbyAnn enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
