Scott Roberts, a graduate of the University of Florida, is a licensed property & casualty and life, heath and variable annuity insurance agent. He began his insurance career in 1984 and later purchased the agency from his father in 1993. Scott believes in investing in his community and plays an active role in many clubs and boards.  He is a member of Rotary, Kiwanis, Bradford ARC, The Bradford County Education Foundation, Lake Butler Rotary, Keystone Heights Kiwanis, Bradford Masonic Lodge and is also a member of the Shands of Starke Hospital board. Scott's goal as the owner/agent here at George Roberts Insurance is to always make the agency better, he strives to always focus on filling the needs of each of our clients.

Lori Thompson, a graduate of Bradford High School began her career at Roberts Insurance as a personal lines customer service representative in 1986. In 1992, Lori left the agency to help support her husband's career; an advancement which relocated them to Orlando. In 1995, she returned to the agency to assist Scott with the daily operations of the three agencies and to produce Life and Health. Lori believes that insurance is the perfect career, she knows there is always something about insurance that allows her to be of service to her clients. She enjoys providing them with the information to choose the right insurance to protect them and their family. Lori knows that we can't predict the future, but believes that if we plan for unforeseen times, our families will be better prepared for what lies ahead.

Karen Lazenby is a graduate of Bradford High School. She is a licensed property, casualty, health, life, and variable annuity agent who has been with Roberts Insurance since 1999. Karen has twenty-four years of experience in the insurance industry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. At Roberts Insurance, it is Karen's personal goal to understand each client's needs so that she can help them quickly and efficiently.

Sandra Luke, holds an Associates of Arts degree from Santa Fe College & attended the University of  Florida. Sandra manages the commercial accounts for the agency and is a licensed life, health, and variable annuity agent; she has been with Roberts Insurance since 1998. When she is not working, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family at the beach or attending her son's sporting events.

Elizabeth Sutton, a graduate of P. K. Yonge D. R. S. is a licensed Customer Service Representative who has been with Roberts Insurance since 2005. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful children. At Roberts Insurance, Elizabeth believes that providing excellent service and developing relationships with our policyholders makes the insurance process a more pleasant experience for everyone.
